Project information 项目信息 Project name 项目名称: AF belt drying by hot gas from clinker cooler 台泥贵港厂利用窑头废热烘干替代燃料项目 Year 购买年份: 2021 背景介绍 As competition on cement market drives plants further development, each cement factory searches for new solutions, which could allow them to low operating cost, one of the solutions in the cement plants is reduction of primary fuel (pulverized coal) use, which increasing use of alternative fuel. 水泥行业的竞争推动了水泥工厂加速可持续发展,为了减少运行成本,各个水泥工厂都在寻求最优的解决方案,其中之一就是在水泥行业减少初级能源(煤粉),增加替代燃料的利用率。 图2:台泥贵港绿色工厂 Taiwan cement corporation (TCC) has been committed to promote energy transformation and carbon emission reduction, especially in the collaborative disposal of cement kilns and the development of green revewable energy. Alternative fuels are used to help achieve the target of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", while practicing the new function of "a good helper of the government and a excellent purifier of the city" as well. TCC continues to research and develop the use efficiency of alternative fuels, plant to substitute up to 80% of kiln heat demand by utilization of alternative fuels. Since many year TCC has been implementing multiple modernization projects resulting in better efficiency and automation. Use of RDF fuel is not only reduced carbon emissions during producing. but also reduce the cost of primary fuel. 台泥集团致力于推动能源转型和减碳事业,特别是在水泥窑协同处置、绿色再生能源发展方面也有诸多实践,其中通过替代燃料助力实现“双碳”目标,同时也践行“政府好帮手,城市净化器”的新职能。台泥集团持续研发替代燃料的使用效率,希望实现工厂80%的窑炉热能来自于替代燃料。多年前台泥集团就开始执行这项决策,在多个现代化项目中实现了更高的效率和自动化,不仅降低了生产中的碳排放,还减少了燃料成本。 项目进展 Our customer Taiwan cement Guigang city in Guangxi Province, China, the assembly of belt dryer with hot gas piping has been complete in 25/9/2022 on time, the commissioning has been complete in 15/12/2022. 位于中国广西的台泥贵港工厂按时在2022年9月25日完成烘干机及热风管道的安装,于2022年12月25日完成调试并顺利交付。 图3:替代燃料烘干系统框架结构 The high demand for alternative fuel is influencing quality deviations in deliveries, which forces TCC plant to utilize high moisture materials, to reach Alternative Fuel rate target. That’s the idea behind the installation of stela dryer. 对替代燃料的高标准要求是影响运输质量的一个重要因素,迫使台泥工厂不得不利用一些湿度更高的原料,从而达到替代燃料利用率目标要求,这就是配置施德兰烘干机的思路。 This drying system is integrated into the newly planned alternative fuel system which uses waste hot gas from grate cooler of kiln No.3 and No.4. 烘干系统集成在新建替代燃料系统中,利用3号和4号线篦冷机后的窑头热风。 图4:替代燃料烘干系统及风管 The successfully implemented commissioning and optimization of stela alternative fuel drier capable of utilization of sawdust, bark, wood chip and waste cloth. With maximum moisture content of 55%(50 as average) and corresponding input capacity of 21 t/h of wet product. Drier’s maximum capacity is approx. 12.4 t/h with 15% water content in dried material. 成功完成调试并优化施德兰替代燃料烘干机能够利用最大湿度为55%(平均50%)的木屑,树皮以及废纺等替代燃料,相应的湿料喂入量为21吨/小时,最大出料量湿度约15%,12.4吨/小时的干料。 战略目标 First of all, the main task of build stela drying system to replace coal fuel with refuse-derived fuel (RDF) and wood chips and achieve substantial savings in clinker manufacturing costs; 首先,采用施德兰烘干机的首要任务是采用替代燃料和木屑来取代煤炭,并大幅节省熟料生产成本; Secondly, improving use of alternative fuel by utilization of waste hot gases volume to obtain a higher specific calorific value of the alternative fuels and a possibility to substitute more expensive pulverized coal; 其次,通过窑头废热蒸发改善替代燃料的利用,以获得更高的替代燃料比热值,并有可能替代更贵的煤粉; Thirdly, acquire a constant source of alternative fuels supply at competitive prices in comparison to the prices offered by other suppliers; 再次,通过提供比其它水泥工厂更具有竞争力的价格来获取替代燃料的稳定供货。 Finally, implement the first step to a long-term goal for TCC set up in the strategy in terms of using Alternative Fuel, i.e., achieve 50% Alternative Fuel substitution rate in heat consumption. 最后,在使用替代燃料方面,实施台泥战略中设定的长期目标第一步,即在热耗方面实现50%的替代燃料利用率。 图5:替代燃料烘干系统全景鸟瞰
